AidLearn was established in December 2003 by professionals with varied experience in Diversity Management, Human Resources Management, Social Psychology, and Social Inclusion. It operates in adult education and training, and HR consultancy at both national and European levels, with extensive experience in Erasmus+ projects. AidLearn’s mission is to contribute to the development of its fields of expertise by fostering a learning organisation committed to equal opportunities and delivering innovative services that address the real needs of organisations and individuals, particularly vulnerable groups at risk of social exclusion. Its areas of intervention include identifying learning needs, designing, delivering, and evaluating learning activities, methods, and tools—both face-to-face and blended—as well as developing projects and research studies. The organisation focuses on key themes such as the training of educators, trainers, and teachers, ICT, health and safety, social services, the environment, multiculturalism, intergenerational learning, and active citizenship. AidLearn has extensive experience in designing and implementing studies and projects, often adopting an action research approach to drive innovation in education and training systems. It promotes organisational learning and diversifies training provision, assuming the role of promoter, coordinator, or partner at both national and international levels.
