Both Online is an Adult Education Center and specialist in training of online tools. These trainings are for NGO, schools, universities and organizations. Together with University of Twente and Saxion Univeristy of Applied Science we do a lot of research on the use of digital media in business. We created the digital transformation strategy canvas We use this to help organizations ‘Questions that are important in drafting a strategy are questions regarding budgets and capabilities, both internally and externally. But also how to determine whether the strategy works and is successful. Measuring remains to know. For a social media strategy, the capabilities and competences of employees are to contribute to social media activities and the budgets for, for example, advertising and enabling partners. Also, any guidelines or policies are important. And of course the tools to measure the results of the activities.
